Each fall
Canada Geese make their southward migration from the
far north through much of the Midwest offering great
wing shooting.

Kerry Mayer, Kyle Nelson, and Aaron Messenger all are
avid waterfowlers that take part in a long season of
chasing ducks and geese in Minnesota and Wisconsin.

Outdoors waterfowlers caught up with these giant Canadians
in a wheat field in Green Bay, WI in late September.
With a big spread of goose decoys and hunters in layout
blinds, there were soon geese flocking the field and
locked on to the decoys.
The combination
of location, great goose calling, and proper decoy presentations
proved to be what the birds had in mind. If you ever
get the chance to chase waterfowl in the fall, it can
be a hunt that you will never forget.
